Our Acceptance Guarantee
When placing an order with us, all our customers and clients have the opportunity to review certified translation or credential evaluation orders before approving them. If the order sent has not been reviewed by you within 120 hours, we will consider that the translation or evaluation has been approved and will be mailed automatically if ordered notarized and mailed.
If you feel that there are quality issues with the translation, you can request changes from us. Our customers and clients’ satisfaction is our priority, and as such we will try to accommodate all requests as much as possible. If the changes being requested is against our discretion, the acceptance guarantee will be invalid.
Our acceptance guarantee is your protection that if you submit your certified translation or credential evaluation to USCIS or any institution that we support or have recognition and receive a rejection, we will refund your payment. To initiate the process, simply email us the letter of refusal. Once such evidence has been received, we will refund the payment.
